When I asked what y’all wanted to see (or hear) in the newsletters for paid subscribers, “chaotic rants” swept the poll, though “commentary on the essays” and “ridiculous anecdotes” weren’t too far behind.

So, in the first installment since the poll went out, here’s my attempt to deliver on all three: a chaotic rant about one silly anarchist’s struggle to get Medicare, and the flipside of the Gratitude coin I proffered a week ago, as this one focuses on things we should not at all be grateful for.
